Modern Day Loaves and Fishes

Jenn and I were working on food preparations for a wedding the other night, it happened to be Sunday night and we somehow miss calculated when we bought some of the chicken for the salad and were way short, plus some other ingredients.   We kept working and Jenn kept worrying and we kept saying and thinking do we break the Sabbath (rationalizing: getting the ox out of the mire and it was an ox and it was for sure a mire ) and go get more of what we needed to have it ready for Mon.  We finally decided to just go with what we had and we would serve and keep the portions small and hope they would last.
As I was saying my prayers before going to bed, I asked for some help that the food would be enough for the people that came.
We had youth there that ate the shrimp by the cup full and the rolls by the fist full and people kept coming back for more chicken salad
The bowls never got empty and we brought home and left more of everything, it was for sure Loaves and Fishes!
Sunday the Theme was kind of answers to prayers a brother spoke about an answer about his chain saw starting and what a lesson it was when it did, as Heavenly Father hears, cares, and answers our pleadings.
